Looks for players_list_foa.txt (FIDE rating list) and
chessfriends.txt (one FIDE ID or “Name ID” per line) in this order:
1. Same folder as this HTML file
2. If chessfriends.txt is missing, you can pick it from your Downloads folder
(browsers cannot read Downloads automatically for security reasons).
The table is built as soon as both files are available — no extra button needed.
